In April, due to a rodent problem and flea issues at my apartment and no pest control service (Terminix failed to show up for 8 months) I called PestPractice. Used Dunmore Pest Control once about a year ago. Was happy with the treatment. I called 3 days in a row to set up an appt for a treatment. Got voice mail saying “we are open & a technician will get back to you.” I left my info. Never received a call back. Bad business practice.
