This is a hidden name for Workwave!!!!! They have purchased Real Green. Real Green used to be a nice, professional, great company to deal with. I had the for over 30 year's. They sold a couple of year's ago. Now it's all under Workwave. The customer service is HORRID. It is difficult to know are you dealing with Real Green or Workwave! PestPac will provide all the functionality you would ever need for any size company, but at an overinflated cost compared to similar pest software. It also is very not user friendly or intuitive. PestPac subscriptions are yearly and will automatically renew year to year with no month to month options. Early cancelation fees will apply. We have been with them for a long time. I'ts pricy, but no other software company meets our uniwue needs. thia is the most robust software for my industry. I wish support was a little faster and it was less expensive. If it were less expensive then i would have given it 5 stars. For me its 4.4 stars.
