Do not use this company. Past initial service being set up, you will never be able to get ahold of them. They never did anything I was told they would do, my issues were never resolved and besides taking my money monthly, they have done nothing at all for me. No one ever answers the phone, no one calls back when messages are left, they don't contact you for your quarterly visits, nothing. Can't even get ahold of them to cancel services so they just continue to steal from you.
We were put at ease right from the first phone call to the final service. Our infestation had us embarrassed and anxious. The professionalism and quality of work performed by these guys to not only get rid of our problem but also give us peace of mind and allow us to rest easily at night again. I can't thank them enough for being so thorough and patient with us and our home and I hope anyone out there needing a pest problem resolved is smart enough to use Pestmaster. Great service! Jeff was thorough, professional, friendly, polite, and respectful of my home. Offered additional service plan to prevent future pests upon inspection of various problem areas. Also did great with my super hyper dog.
The service we used were in two parts. The techs came out to clean up and spray. They were suppose to come yesterday vehicle broke down. Came out today at 2pm didn't arrive until 2:30pm. They were suppose to seal off the vent with a screen but the one they had didn't fit. Can't come back till Friday. Piss poor. I will not be using them again.
