I contacted Pestend to take care of some raccoons that took up residence in my attic. Akash was excellent. He explained the process to me and answered all my questions. The result was a successful elimination of the annoying rodents.

I recently worked with Pestend's technician, ViJay, for a raccoon issue at my property. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations and reputation this company has. The traps provided were not functioning as expected with the lure empty and nothing in the traps. Despite multiple attempts of asking for a reset of the traps and assurance that he’ll come by that day, I was unable to get the necessary support for 3 weeks or an answer. It was a pleasure dealing with this company - super professional, friendly and efficient - stage for great experience was set by Nadia who took my panic call and booked the service call promptly.
