Sajaat was very professional, communicative and knowledgeable about our infestations. He was extremely courteous with dealing with the concerns and questions we had. We were very pleased with his service and the tasks he performed. I recommend Pest End and Sajaat's professionalism.

Pestend was very okay to deal with. They generally got the job done and were upfront about the time it would take to complete. The job was for my mom who had raccoons in her roof. The baby raccoons ended up falling through our soffit leaving a hole. I gave high rating to Pestend because the person (Sheraz) who came to do the service was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. I ordered the service for rodent and spider control at two separate times in the past. Because of the excellent service he provided, I have the confidence to Pestend company and ordered the quarterly service. I believe my home is in good hands.

During January and February 2026, Sheraz from Pestend Pest Control Mississauga provided us with fantastic service locating and eliminating bed bugs in our condominium apartment! He is knowledgeable, skilled and thorough. He is also compassionate and supportive, realizing the enormous emotional effect of an infestation like this. We strongly recommend Sheraz and his company to anyone dealing with household insects.

This company is very efficient and booked an appointment in a timely manner. Sheraz was our technician, and he was very thorough and told us what the procedure was step by step. He answered all my questions and was very friendly. I was very comfortable having him in my house. He represented his company very well and gave us suggestions on how to improve our living areas so this never happens again. I wish more technicians were like Sheraz! Thanks again!
