I had the pleasure of dealing with this business today. I am taking care of my best friends rental property(London, Ontario) while she is out of the country and I was notified there was a yellow jacket infestation that had moved into the house. I called to get some information and the lady I dealt with was so polite and helpful and was able to get me booked in today. We just had Maroof come out to our house to eradicate a wasp infestation. The process was fast and efficient. He didn't mind us watching him in action (from a safe distance of course lol) I was fascinated when he located the nest and he asked me: Do you hear it? I said no. I got closer and listened and heard all the BUZZING. I've only ever seen that on Nature Shows. Very friendly service. I highly recommend. :) I don't know how to upload the video. :(
