We've used Abell and Orkin, both having issues if the technician didn't feel like going into the attic. We understand, but how do we rectify the problem if you won't go to where the problem is?! Maroof had no issues with going up doing the job!! He's polite, very thorough, and explained everything he did. He said he would be returning for follow-up. I highly recommend this company.
