i have made a reservation as this location showed to be located in an area that was convenient for me. I arrived at the location at the time of the appointment just to call the spa and be informed that they changed location and google was not updated. It did not work for me to reschedule and the provider refused to reimburse me for the deposit. The worst customer service i have seen. I totally do not recommend it.
I got my first facial with Sugeid last week and it was amazing! I’m getting married later this year so I wanted to start getting hydrafacials and I’m so glad I chose Pestaña beauty for this. I struggle with hyperpigmentation and dull/dry skin. First of all, her space is so clean and definitely had all the soothing/relaxing vibes. My face felt so glowy and plump when I left. A week later and I can already see my skin looking more even. Im so excited to continue my skin journey here and will leave more updates!
