I contacted Pest Suppress as soon as I spotted a large hornet nest attached to my home. Jason replied and offered to come out on the same day. I appreciate the fast reply and services that they provided. I highly recommend them!
Sent a text to Pest Suppress for a hornet issue in one of my trees, received a text back right away and Jason was able to come out within an hour. He showed up, walked me through the process and within an hour he had our hornet nest removed and sprayed the area thoroughly. I would definitely call Pest Suppress again. I appreciated the quick response and professionalism from Jason. A+!!
Jason was excellent! We had a hornet nest in our tree and Jason took care of it quickly and professionally. He even taught us a little about Bald Faced Hornets in the process. Highly, highly recommend. I'll be keeping his number handy and telling all my friends.
I called Pest Suppress to see if they could come check out a Yellow Jacket Nest. Once I provided my location, they told me I was out of their service territory. Although they couldn’t provide the services, they stayed on the phone with me for about 15 minutes and provided me with advice and instructions on how to tackle the issue myself. Our first experience with Jason at Pest Suppress was to eliminate a mouse problem in the basement. He handled that fast and helped us mouse proof the house to keep the critters from returning. Fast forward a year and now the problem is with groundhogs digging out around our deck and making a home beneath it. Jason handled that, too.
