I have been with the company before Lookout Pest control bought the family owned business. Since Lookout has taken over the business my services have been awful. The first three people were efficient however since the last service I have had nothing but issues with customer service, the techs and even their AI phone rep is RUDE. I have more critters than ever before, unpleasant human reps once you finally get through to speak to someone.
