I am updating my review just to state I still use Pest Pros. We moved to a new home and still receive the same wonderful service. The communication is always on point. Everyone is so polite and helpful. They are also very accommodating with our ever-changing schedule. We appreciate Jarrod and Stan!! I’ve been using Pest Pros for over a year. This was my first time using Las Vegas Pest Pros and I can say with absolution ill never go anywhere else! They were phenominal at communicating with me. Garrid (the individual that came to my house) was thorough, friendly, and was willing to answer my questions. Once he was done spraying he took time to share what he saw and suggested some options going forward. However, he did not make me feel pressured or locked in-it was more informational and if I want. Hands down best customer service possible 🙌!!!
We were tired of dealing with the extra steps needed to use a large multi-state company and found Pest Pros literally with a google search. Read reviews & signed up with them. They have been AMAZING!!!! You cannot go wrong here in my humble opinion. Family owned, great employees, they come back when it's necessary and have the nicest techs. Definitely recommend highly!
