My initial experience with pest pros was positive, but then it went downhill. we suspected rodents in our crawl space and they were able to come out quickly. Brandon came 7/12 and sealed off the holes and placed traps in the crawl space and outside the house. He was helpful and friendly. He said they would send someone to follow up in 6-10 days and then again another 6-10 days after that. Excellent job today by Brandon B. I should have posted a review sooner when we had our crawlspace completely mucked out, re-lined, and re-insulated by CrawlPros. I won’t recommend this service, management is really bad, they don’t have an idea of what they are doing or what costumer service is. Exterminators do a great job but office staff is very unprofessional and one of the ladies was yelling at me on the phone while I was trying to explain that I had some extra charges, I ended up just paying them and canceling the service. I’ll take my money somewhere else is appreciated and not being poorly treated and yelled at.
I've appreciated Pest Pros service over the last 9 months, they've done an amazing job at the house for pest control about 80-90% of the time. There have been small issues here and there, but it seems that there's been a change in management or structure in the office that has had some shockwaves through the overall service of the agents that come out to the house, as well as the service of calling and getting ahold of people.
