UPDATE: Ashley saw my post and called. She said she wanted to send Zack to do a recheck just to make sure we were happy with the service. Zack did take his time and did a thorough termite inspection. as far as i know, these guys do a good job. i do know the lady i spoke with was so very kind and helpful in explaining how the warranty worked to me.
Every pest company I know of uses a general rule of quarterly outdoor spraying with once a year inside and they will come back inside if there’s bugs with no charge. I had a roach in my shower. They refused to send someone without charging me my quarterly rate even though it was almost a month early. Was also not told when the last time someone had been inside my house, from what I remember. I was charged in May and should not have been charged again until August. We had two young men come this year to do our termite inspection. They were nice. My husband was here when they came by. One treated the outside and one treated the inside. The one who did the inside did not spend much time at all inspecting for the termites. My husband said he never saw him go into the bedrooms at all and I didn't either. He was supposed to do a pest control treatment too. We have always been satisfied with Pest Pro but this year we feel like not enough attention was given.
