We just had them come through for the first time today, so time will tell if their interventions were effective. But I wanted to write this because we have had some waterbugs and millipedes and saw a mouse for the first time yesterday after 5 years of living in the city. We emailed them late last night and had an exterminator at 10 am this morning. Derek was very pleasant and professional. The exterminator himself was very nice but he was told not to do anything further than spray the apartment. Also this whole time, because we get them once a month, I thought they were being let into the apartment when we were not available ( I happen to be home that day)and I found out that was not the case. I asked the exterminator if I could speak to someone in their office and the person I spoke to was very rude and uncompromising so I was kind of disappointed with the whole situation.
