My rental tenant (close friend) called and set up the appointments with this company. Tennant had video and image proof of mice/rodent issue in attic and explained such when making the appointment and was told no problem, they handled this all the time. Definitely a lie because they didn’t even bring a ladder with them, and the rodent issue was in the attic…. Excellent customer service from Dawn on the phone! She was very nice and patient with all my questions and very willing to work around my schedule. Both technicians that came out were awesome and very good at their jobs. My mouse problem is GONE!! Going to be using them from now on👍👍👍
