Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Pest Patrol can come help us within a day or even a few hours after we call; very fast turn around time.
The technicians that we work with at Pest Patrol are always very knowledgeable about their services, and always friendly! We are getting what we pay for.
After Terminix failed to show up for thier 4th quarterly treatment 3 times, I called on Pest Patrol and they immediately set the appointment and showed up when they said they would. The pest control specialist that showed up at my house was very thorough in the work he performed and in his explaination of the treatments...I would recommend for anyone to give them a chance. (Call ahead for correct pricing as thier website was misleading and they self admited the pricing needed to be updated)

Avoid contracting with this company, unless you don't mind rudeness and forgetful representatives. This company is a far cry from the company I previously used in Florida. Relocating to the Texas suburb I am currently in left me with fewer choices who advertised in my area. This company has inconsistent treatment routines....you can never predict where they will be spraying, because it is never the same place twice.
