Couldn’t be happier with the service Ethan and Keegan provided. They were honest, detail-oriented, and extremely respectful of our home. Plus, knowing our pets were in safe hands gave us total peace of mind, and all for a very reasonable price.
We went with Pest Me Off last year in July and we were satisfied for the year. A lot less wasps came around. We had to go with another pest control called Aptive Pest Control and they sucked so much. Lost money and has wasps return within a day. More than usual actually. I called Pest Me Off and Keegan and Jordan were amazing. They talked me through why they are different. I had a great experience with Pest Me Off. The technician actually called in, but instead of canceling on me, the owner personally showed up to take care of the service. That level of commitment really impressed me. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and what to watch for around the house. It’s clear they care about their customers and their reputation. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for reliable pest control.
Pest Me Off is a phenomenal family-owned business that operates with exceptional communication and care. Every interaction has been highly responsive and incredibly kind. From Keegan in customer service, to Ethan, our service technician, the team was wonderful and executed the service flawlessly. We were so happy with the level of service that we immediately signed up for their quarterly maintenance plan, as we highly value that operational and billing model. It has only been a few days since our initial treatment, and we ar... read more

That communication was very helpful and much appreciated. We were away when Ethan arrived and had left the gate unlocked so he could treat the backyard. Unfortunately, our lawn service locked the gate before he arrived. I texted Ethan to apologize and asked if he could co... read more
