I have used them several times. For a rental property I used their national competition as I didn't know Pest Genie covered that area, ended up firing their competitor, and when Pest Genie followed up they solved in one visit what the competition wanted to treat as an ongoing issue...
Pest genie are lazy they don't do their job they say they do treatments when they don't they asked you to do things that's not stated by apartment complex worst pest control in the by far
