I have used them several times. For a rental property I used their national competition as I didn't know Pest Genie covered that area, ended up firing their competitor, and when Pest Genie followed up they solved in one visit what the competition wanted to treat as an ongoing issue...

I Have used Pest Genie at multiple apartment communities that we manage. Great service is always provided from all the techs.
Pest Genie is contracted by my complex in Troy. We have lived here nearly 5 years and saw roaches in our kitchen. They treated our next door neighbor's units and not ours and roaches moved into our apartment. We had to wait five whole days for treatment. They put out sticky traps, and we were unsure of else they did. The note they left declaring their presence in the unit was completely blank and unchecked.
