I Have used Pest Genie at multiple apartment communities that we manage. Great service is always provided from all the techs.
Pest Genie is contracted by my complex in Troy. We have lived here nearly 5 years and saw roaches in our kitchen. They treated our next door neighbor's units and not ours and roaches moved into our apartment. We had to wait five whole days for treatment. Came to spray my apartment and did not address the outside spider nests/webs. People who care about people and their job would have kindly done something about that even if it’s going above and beyond.
Pest Genie is hands down one of the best, most effective pest control companies in business. Worked with these guys in multifamily for several years now. I wouldn't trust anyone else!
