My interaction with Pest EZ bolsters my faith in humanity. I thought I picked up bed bugs using a "house" mat at yoga. I spent a whole day spraying and vacuuming my condo which didn't help and I was itching night and day. Next day I read up and learned that people sometimes battle these things for MONTHS on their own! We called Pest-Ex out early this morning to a job site we’re working on. We had a major issue with yellow jackets swarming around the crawlspace entrance, making it impossible for our plumbers to safely access the area. Pest-Ex arrived on-site within an hour and a half and quickly took care of the problem. I'll start by saying I am TERRIFIED of snakes... we had one get into our basement, i called this company got a voice mail and less than 10 mins later got a call back. It was 930am, the lady on the phone said someone would be out between 9 and 2pm. I got a call from their tech Jeremiah at 9:59 that he was 30 mins away.
