Good service, friendly staff, but questionable billing practices. Poor handling of credit card information and charged without authorization. Will not be using in the future and would not recommend. Called for help with some wasps and when booking was asked for credit card information to confirm the booking. Work was done and when I asked tech about payment he advised I'd get an invoice via email. That evening I noticed an unexplained charge of almost $1700 on my card from the company. We contacted Pest detective company for our wasps and rats/mice problems in our farm house in Oliver. Jimmy Bryce came on time and was polite and professionally did his job and we are very happy to have his service. highly recommend this company and especially this Detective Jimmy Bryce.
I only received 2 visits not the three advertised, the worker showed up set a couple traps, never to be seen or heard from. They did not correct my problem.
Aldous was our technician today at my home in maple ridge Attention to detail and service was exceptional Customers for the last 6 years and have always been happy Having a guaranteed service is an added bonus
