I started out with a minimal infestation. I caught it early, within 1 week of being bitten. Immediately notified my buildings management (it is a brand new building, 3 years here, first to live in the unit). Immediately threw out unnecessary items and clutter. And prepared my apartment for the appointment with this company. A tech came to "inspect" the apartment. I'm the superintendent for two buildings and I'm impressed by the service. Always on time and easy to reach for questions. Brian is great technician. Our treatments are thorough and consistent. I highly recommend them!
I am actually very nervous about this company and the work they do. They did a treatment for me that wasn't effective. The person who came to the inspection was rude, spoke over me and wasn't listening to my observations. He then told me that the treatment that they used is guaranteed for 6 months. I asked him how come the last person said it was 2 weeks and my building is telling me it's four 4 weeks.
