My building arranged for this company to come treat my apartment and its a disaster this morning. An indian man showed up and literally spent 1 minute on trying to fix the problem. And then when I questioned him because he had no interest to fix the issue, he kissed his teeth and walked off. This is not only poor service, but makes you question why are you working in a job if you dont want to. The experience I've had with PEST CONTROL PLUS has been very disappointing, and I urge others to consider using a company that relies on alternative pest treatments instead of chemicals year-round for two years. It's also important for companies to accommodate individuals with disabilities, recognizing their human rights. For the past two years, my landlords switched from Orkin to PEST CONTROL PLUS for pest treatment in my unit. Unfortunately, I find PEST CONTROL PLUS to be worse than Orkin. The technician for our area is always is friendly and is always a good chat. We see them monthly however when we had an ant problem we saw them as many times as we called them and they were quick arriving either the same day we called or the next. They were very informative about the types of ants we had and how best to keep them away after the treatment.
