Terrible work and did absolutely nothing in my apt. Sprayed one outlet and one wall then stood there mumbling. Couldnt speak proper english. Would give zero stars. Do you people even have proper training?
The only reason we scheduled this appointment is because we were the ones dealing with the bed-bug issue. This was our second treatment, and we had been given proper notice before the technician arrived, it’s obvious we were prepared. When the technician finally showed up, he didn’t even give us five minutes to step out of the house. On top of that, the woman on the phone was rude. Your team seriously needs customer-handling training.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Had missed a couple of utensils that had been at the back of a drawer and instead of them simply moving it out of the way they passive aggressively left the drawer on top of my stove unattended to. Another tenant in my apartment building who has severe heart conditions returned after the 4 hour wait period and found a note they left behind saying the closet baseboard wasn't cleared well enough so they'd come back another day. Amzad is the best technician ever. Pest control plus is the best company.
My building has been plagued with bed bugs for over a year and half and they use this company which clearly isnt able to do the job right. Myself and multiple other tenants have had complaints of the technicians not spending more than 3 or 4 minutes in the units to treat, as experienced by myself also. Im positive a handful of years ago under a former scam management company they used this service and it didn't work then either. Im positive I left a review which appears now to be gone Funny.
