Gave them a call after another pest control service declined to provide service (had birds that got into a difficult to reach second floor exhaust vent). Tim came and gave me multiple options with estimated costs, and ended up going through my unfinished attic to reach the vent from the inside. He went above and beyond, and took care of my problem when others couldn't. Thanks again!
