Luke was extremely professional and took the time to explain what each product does as well as recommended the best options to keep the wasps and mice away. I would definitely recommend the company but specifically Luke’s service. If any pests come back i will be asking for Luke

I wrote a review a few months ago and wanted to come back to update! After 4 treatments from this company over several months, the bugs persisted. We finally got the Apprehend treatment from RegionEx- not only did it completely get rid of our bedbug problem, but for the next 3 months, it killed all other spiders and insects that came into contact with the baseboards.they left pheromone traps for us to keep during a follow up visit as well. Very professional and friendly technicians. Highly recommend!!!

After visiting to address a mice issue, the technician found me online and all over social media. Still don’t know how he found my accounts, but I found it extremely weird and concerning. Reached out to the company to complain and they never replied to discuss how they would deal with the employee, despite me following up. If you are a woman, I would think twice about welcoming these technicians into your home, especially if you live alone.
