I wish I could give a better rating. Reached out about a bedbug problem. The call centre and technician were forthcoming with information, professional, kind, and gave clear instructions. However, after three months and three treatments, we are still getting bit almost daily. We have reached out three times in the past few weeks to ask about the chemical treatment they use so we can explore other options (if the bugs are resistant to this treatment, we need to find a different type of service) but no one will return our call... read more

I had a severe mice issue once the weather got warmer and last Saturday Luke came by and got rid of the issue in no time! I recommend this to anyone who needs pest control services done in the Ottawa area.

After visiting to address a mice issue, the technician found me online and all over social media. Still don’t know how he found my accounts, but I found it extremely weird and concerning. Reached out to the company to complain and they never replied to discuss how they would deal with the employee, despite me following up. If you are a woman, I would think twice about welcoming these technicians into your home, especially if you live alone.
