Called them on a thursday with a skunk problem and they got back to me on Monday. I called someone else. There customer service is awful.

we had Pest-Away here fall of 2021 to help with a mice problem - we paid for 4 black boxes with mouse bait that were to be exchanged 3 times - they were changed once - I have called them In May and June to have them pick up the boxes - each time was promised someone will be by to pick up - which hasn't happened - in July I sent an email and to date have had no response - very poor service - will not recommend them or use their services again
We live in a complex and noticed there was a lot of movement happening in our attic. We contacted our landlord about it, who sent out their own maintenance men that were completely useless. After some pestering, they contacted Pest Away to come inspect our attic. Chris arrived on time and took my claims very seriously. He originally thought my description sounded like mice, but when I explained it was defiantly bigger then a mouse, he wasn’t dismissive at all.
