Didn’t even show up to open the shop. Lied about meeting time. Drove over an hour for nothing. Would strongly recommend you find somewhere else.
I called on a Friday morning to see if they could perform a brake job that afternoon. I was told to be there at 2pm to have it done that day. I rushed to get there by 2pm to find the door locked with no sign on the door indicating as to why they were locked up. I attempted to call with no answer. The Google listing also states that they are open on Saturdays, which is incorrect.
My go to on tires and Diesel repairs in Arab.
Thank Ya'll Black Rock Tire & Automotive getting me back on the road. I needed some new tires plus got alliangment done. Got me in & out at a reasonable time. Very Polite.. Thanks again Black Rock and Automotive.
