It is so enjoyable walking through all the rows of plants and flowers. The employees are super knowledgeable which I appreciate. The gift shop area is always so well thought out. It's a perfect place to pick up a gift.
The floral dept are rock stars. They helped me big time w everything o needed!!!!

Both my daughter and myself called regarding a certain variety of tree. Both were told they had four in stock. Each of us spoke to a different person. I asked if they could put one aside for me and they said they didn't want to hold one until the next day but would if I could come right away. I told them I was an hour away and would leave right away. When I got there not only was one not put aside, I was told they didn't carry that variety. I will never shop there again.
They gave us flowers that did not resemble the picture and they were super small for a high price. Piggly wiggly did a significantly better job and it was a third of the price.
