So Don Pesce QUIT on my final divorce day, counseled with the opposing attorney, and left me with NO representation. The opposing attorney handed me a blank divorce decree, and without knowledge, I signed it. This was 20 years ago. If you are looking for family counsel do not use Don. He does not have work email on his cell and horrible communication unless he wants a paycheck to do nothing. Recommended to find others that are committed to your case and just when it is convenient to get a pay check.
I knew Don was the guy I needed on my side in the courtroom from the first time I met with him. He is aggressive and won't let the opposing side walk all over you as I feel my previous lawyer did. Don knows what he is doing in the courtroom and I won't think twice next time I end up in court I know who I will be calling. Don is your guy.
