We had major water damage in our home and Alex, Dragomir, and their team at Perzhu Construction did a fabulous job restoring our home. They worked with us throughout every step to make sure we were informed, and that everything was the way we wanted it. The repair process and wait time is never easy, but the end result is amazing and worth the wait.

From our first meeting about the project to completion, Dragomir was a great communicator, set realistic expectations, bid quickly and carried out the project in a timely fashion. We had a great experience working with Perzhu on a unique & small remodel project in our 1911 home, updating our mudroom and part of the kitchen. Dragomir communicated clearly throughout and offered honest, helpful guidance. He brought in skilled subcontractors for electrical, HVAC, insulation, and tile work, all of which turned out well. As our first time working with a general contractor, we were impressed with how smoothly the project went. Perzhu clearly knows their craft, and we’re very happy with the results!

The process to get approval from our insurance for a new roof was lengthy, over a year. Dragomir, the owner, was very knowledgeable and responsive. He guided us through every step and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommend!
