We had water an issue in our lower level in Wayzata. Perzhu Construction responded quickly to our needs and completed all the work on time and on budget. They are very professional and the quality of their work is excellent.
I highly recommend Perzhu Construction. They are all the things you need your contractor to be. First and foremost, they do beautiful work, pay attention to detail, and communicate in a timely manner. All subs are friendly, respectful of your property and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely be using them for all my projects in the future.
Jordan & Drag were great to work with. Thorough in every way, starting with how they took damage samples and got the claim going. Once we finished the project, not only did everything look great, but when a minor problem spot (old house) popped up, they returned not once but twice to confirm the quality of the job. Really appreciated their full efforts and the quality of work as well as the commitment & character they displayed. Nothing bad to say about this team :)
