I have purchased a number of vehicles from Peruzzi over the years. Their service department is a smooth running outfit. AND all very pleasant people.
Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and to have service check out 1 tire that seemed to have a leak. When the car was complete I was told the leak was fixed. Was still having an issue with the tire the next day and called and spoke to Trevor, the Service Manager, and explained the issue with the tire. He told us to bring the car back and he would check into it. Evidently there was a mis-communication with between the tech and service writer.
