I can't recommend this dealer. Lisa and her partner were most helpful and we were able to make a purchase. They told us we would receive the title in the mail within 15 - 20 days. However, 30 days have come and gone and we still have not received a title from them for the car. The temporary VA plates expired. We can't drive the car. I have called multiple times between the 15th and 30th days and Lisa is helpful but no concrete answers. Update. As of Wednesday, May 30, our title hasn't arrived. 30 days were up on the 26th.
