In June 2018 my VW Vanagon was stolen from Peruva's shop after the key was left in it, door unlocked. I had taken it in to have the brakes checked and Luis told me it was "running good". Luis minimized the damage done by the theft, saying he'd "take care of it", so I let him talk me out of involving my insurance company; big mistake! He admitted to "painting a few scratches" and when it wouldn't start, changing out the starter, then the clutch, then the transmission. I didn't get it back for many months. I had my '12 Sienna minivan diagnosed from another shop with a transmission issue related to a noise I was hearing....took it here for a second opinion and they found the real issue and fixed it for less. Highly recommend!
