Had some insurance billing issues but dr brown personally called me and resolved the problem.
Dr. Brown worked with my wife and her mother to fix a few mistakes that happened with the billing with the front desk. He seemed pretty distraught about the issue and hoped to make it better by correcting and communicating on the issues that happened!
Honest and caring staff. They genuinely care about their patients and the relationship they have with them.
