Not good. Purchased a renovated home from Perthel builders about 13 years ago. Aesthetics were exceptional. Everything else was low rent. Examples? Dishwasher had to be hooked up properly. Got shocked when I touched metal in the garage. Boiler was 15 years old. Cold air return was not hooked up. Concrete started cracking within 5 years. Amazing. Yes, our home inspector pointed these things out, but we had already sold our home and had to commit. There are better choices.
