Great service, quality product good communication throughout process
Terrible customer service. Used this company in the past for our previous renovation. Called recently for a quote (which would have led to quoting all the windows & doors in our new build). The man on the phone was so abrupt and blatantly rude, completely unnecessary. Take your bad day out on someone else. Will never use them again.
I contacted Brent needing a window replaced, the very next day he arrived on time for a measure and quote. He was informative, knowledgeable & very polite. Brent had my window installed about 3x quicker than other competitors lead times. I could not be happier with the service I received.
The whole process was great with competitive pricing and good communication throughout. The installer did a great job and I am very happy with my new windows.
