This place is nice if you want quiet and no one to bother you unless you bother with them. I have lived here for over 10 years and had no problems and would still be here if I dident have a teen that wanted to be in town. Great place to retire or if you just want peace and serenity. There is nature everywhere out here. Great community also very nice people all around.
I’ve been a guest at Perth Village several times over the past 4 years. There are always improvements going on and the place is really starting to take shape. The unit I stay in is really comfortable, clean, with cool decor. Perth Village has a great little community vibe to it and the owner is super helpful and kind. Merci, Catherine
