Review of Dr Trenton Barrett Avoid Dr Trenton Barrett. He could not diagnose my fertility issues for months, yet kept taking money for pointless appointments. He then referred me for embolization surgery that I later found out was completely unnecessary. When I went back to my GP and was referred to a different fertility specialist, the real problem was identified in the very first session. The service was very disappointing. I was assigned to have a surgery with Dr Tan. The surgery was canceled multiple times even after hospital admissions. When the surgery finally went ahead, the surgery result was disappointing. The most disappointing part is the time when I asked to have improvement measures implemented in the clinic for future patient care because I do not want the same unpleasant experience happen to other patients, no response was given.
Their answering machine states they provide a professional and personalised service, yeah right. I have been waiting for a them to sign off a medical certificate for over two weeks now. No idea if I have been over doing anything. Now my doctor is off on holiday so it it will probably be another few weeks until they get back to me. Once you have your appointment forget about any aftercare. Absolute joke. Avoid.
Great at denervation to the point you can’t live your life. Definitely 5 stars for that.
