The worst! I sincerely hope that anyone with a TBI avoids this place. Theirs a reason the waiting list is so short as opposed to other neurologist. They should be reported.

If you have a chance to go elsewhere avoid this clinic at all costs! Never have I encountered a bunch of more incompetent, useless, deceitful staff in my life. My son had appts cancelled without notice, appts rebooked without confirming if he was available at that time, and pressured to pay for appts he had already paid for. Plus they have no moral compass whatsoever in their handling of medical records. His specialist moved to another clinic over 6 months ago and still does not have her medical records. The receptionist is extremely rude. I had a video consultation appointment for the 27/06/2022. I had been given no instructions of what to do and i was expecting a call from the doctor that i never got so after wait i called reception to see what was going on and the receptionist said i made a very bad mistake and my payment was non refundable. She was so rude to me and made me feel so upset. I have wasted $465
If there is no such a thing as no star i would choose that. The lady in reception dont know how to communicate as she told me to come for an appt at 10.50am for a 11am appt and delays the appt for someone else who s already running late and telling me that i have to wait until all the patients finish before seeing him. She shouldve told me that before otherwise i couldve arranged something else instead of coming now and waiting longer without being at my work. how irresponsible is the service.
