We called Mark after having a bad experience with another spa repairer, he was more than willing to come and help with our faulty spa. After a thorough diagnostics performed by Mark the faults were found and rectified in a very professional manner. We would highly recommend Mark and Spa Tech services to anyone who requires anything to do with Spas. Mark goes above and beyond, the support, the technical knowledge and the efficiency of this man is second to none!. Diagnosed my spa issues and worked through them, even abandoning his leave for a while to fix my spa issues. Great pricing and just a great experience.

Mark at Perth Spa Service is absolutely fantastic! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and I really appreciate that he never tries to oversell anything. He’s been extremely helpful every time I’ve needed assistance and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. I’ve had his help multiple times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Mark came today to repair my spa, hes very polite, professional, excellent communication and reliable, he gave me great advice and tips on what I had done that had caused my problem with my spa, thus to prevent this happening in the future. Great value for money very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

As other reviewers have said, Mark restores faith in customer service. In the first instance, he went out of his way to meet me to provide a new controller for my spa. He then turned up as scheduled (with a 30 min call ahead as promised), to replace the pump. So rare these days for someone to be as reliable as Mark was. If you have any issues with your spa, he is the man to contact.
