I have been here multiple times this year and I have never waited more than 3 hours to be seen. Awesome doctors and triage staff. I was there recently for a Kidney Infection and I was out with a prescription in under two hours.

I took my wife in because of a sudden rash and bruising. We were process through in about an hour. The staff, nurses, and providers quickly ran blood tests and determined she had a seriously low platelet count. Dr. Horsey quickly worked with a hemotalogist in Kingston and prescribed the fix. We spent a total of 4 hours from start to finish and felt seen and heard the entire time. It's great to have such professional caring people within reach. I love this town!!!

Smith Falls Hospital Ontario has taken a turn for the worse in the last year. The staff is practically unprofessional. The attitude towards patients is incredibly poor. Wait times are 8 hours or more. They don't give me results. I don't have a family doctor, and the receptionist said the doctor on duty would call and tell me whether I bruised my shoulder in a fall, whether I broke a bone, or whether it was just a bad shoulder bruise. With all the negative reviews on here, I thought I should share my experience. Went in at 10:30 pm with my 8 year old daughter to get her ankle xrayed for a possible break. Was all done and out the door by 12am. Everyone was professional and super sweet with her. Turned out to be just a bad sprain but they made me feel good about bringing her in
