Smith Falls Hospital Ontario has taken a turn for the worse in the last year. The staff is practically unprofessional. The attitude towards patients is incredibly poor. Wait times are 8 hours or more. They don't give me results. I don't have a family doctor, and the receptionist said the doctor on duty would call and tell me whether I bruised my shoulder in a fall, whether I broke a bone, or whether it was just a bad shoulder bruise. With all the negative reviews on here, I thought I should share my experience. Went in at 10:30 pm with my 8 year old daughter to get her ankle xrayed for a possible break. Was all done and out the door by 12am. Everyone was professional and super sweet with her. Turned out to be just a bad sprain but they made me feel good about bringing her in
Horrible emergency room care. Awful.
Funny, I've always been treated well at this hospital. Must be these other peoples attitude.
