Honestly, disappointed. They were busy and all but we waited 6.5 hours with our disabled son for a simple head Lac that needed glue. When I asked how long it would take we were told that it would be quick into triage. An hour and 20 minutes later we were finally seen by triage to be told it would be 1-2 hours and they were bumping him up on priority list due to him being disabled and a child with a head Lac. Lady called me drug seeking when I have to have blood thinners that saves my life Larger woman with an accent I have filed an official complaint with the college of physicians and they’re mad and investigation is being launched. Horrible excuse of a doctor who belittled and poorly treated me and my spouse too and many other women too poorly treated by her. The rating is only for emerg. Over the last 8 years the waiting times have increased to ridiculous levels. The most patients that I have seen in the waiting room is probably 6 when I arrive and each time the wait is approximately 6 hours or more. One time I actually got into visit the doctor only to wait in the room for another 2 hours before the doctor (who I didn't realize was the doctor because they were at the desk talking to the nurses about their weekend plans for the entire time I was in the room) came over to see me ... read more
