Tina Nind, Bruna was very attentive in listening to my scoliosis journey so far, & was then able to give me a comprehensive explanation of what is happening with my spine & what I can expect from the program through daily posture correction & exercises. Bruna also went through the photos of my posture showing how they related to the X-rays. Very happy so far & looking forward to learning how I can take care of my spine as I get older.
