Bruna has been so informative and helpful. Her gentle, encouraging approach has been great for our teenage son, as she's so respectful and patient with him and really knows how to put him at ease. She listens to and values whatever he shares that he thinks might be relevant to his treatment and she checks with him regularly to make sure he's feeling comfortable. A really positive experience.
