Dylan was quick to respond, friendly and polite. Knowledgeable, experienced and did what he said he would. Highly recommended.
I called Dylan to discuss the issue and arrange a time for him to come inspect it himself. He told me he would come at the end of the week, but he never showed up and isn’t responding to my messages. Super unprofessional, if you ask me. (Update. Dylan did contact me appologising as he is currently very busy. Will leave 5 stars while i await the work.)
