Incompetent staff. One tells me theres no charge on next visit. Travel for 2nd appointment and receptionist asking for $400 Not leaving notes is Incompetent!!! I travelled for this appointment. I clearly have a medicare care plan in place !! Completely disappointed in the receptions capabilities !!

I went here for a pregnancy ultrasound (nural translucency and dating scan) and it was fantastic. I got there early and was seen almost straight away, reception was friendly. The scan was painless and the technician was kind and was explaining everything and answering my questions. My partner was able to come with me and watch our baby moving about on the screen. The staff went out of their way helping me immediately with appointment. I experienced a atmosphere of calmness, care and love., I can just recommend this clinic , thank you and keep up your good work
Attended on the 31st of July all staff were so attentive from reception to medical staff no waiting everything was explained before my.procedure I will definitely be using them again
