Easy on line booking for next day CT. Despite being very busy, lovely, friendly, professional front desk lady, taken through early and finished my scan 5 mins before my appointment by a friendly, efficient radiography. And all bulk billed. Could not be more impressed and happy with the service. Highly recommended.
They don’t read their notes and have cancelled my booking and now I’m having to find an ultrasound clinic that can provide a scan for my baby to conduct measurements as they are unable to rectify , I am on a roster so very limited with the times and days that I can arrive due to work responsibilities, this scan means a lot to people especially as it’s our first child, reading the notes on someone’s file/ booking goes a long way when the domino effect of someone trying to then find a booking that suits now is almost impossibl... read more
Wait times for them to decide whether my pacemaker is mri comparable when it clearly states it is on my medtronic card. Communication is disgusting and emails take days to be responded to. Been waiting 2 weeks for them to even decide if they will so mri so still don’t even have a timeline for an appointment was told probably 10 weeks from when appointment is made so at this stage be another 3 months.
