The staff went out of their way helping me immediately with appointment. I experienced a atmosphere of calmness, care and love., I can just recommend this clinic , thank you and keep up your good work
Attended on the 31st of July all staff were so attentive from reception to medical staff no waiting everything was explained before my.procedure I will definitely be using them again

Clinic is very busy, but very efficient. Long waiting times are not a thing. The MRI staff are professional and friendly. Very good experience.
The online appointment service is inoperable. No other online appointment options are given. A "12 minute" on-hold wait time was longer than 30 minutes. I gave up waiting, as I had other urgent matters to attend to. Hopefully I can make an in-person appointment tomorrow. I understand that customer service is a busy role. They should at least have an online appointment service that works.
