Attended on the 31st of July all staff were so attentive from reception to medical staff no waiting everything was explained before my.procedure I will definitely be using them again

Clinic is very busy, but very efficient. Long waiting times are not a thing. The MRI staff are professional and friendly. Very good experience.
The online appointment service is inoperable. No other online appointment options are given. A "12 minute" on-hold wait time was longer than 30 minutes. I gave up waiting, as I had other urgent matters to attend to. Hopefully I can make an in-person appointment tomorrow. I understand that customer service is a busy role. They should at least have an online appointment service that works.
I am 86 years old and I had to have an MRI and the young man that helped me was very kind and did everything I asked to help me be relaxed not not stressed. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.
