Great - plenty of parking - toilet nearby, only issue was i had to wait 40mins past my appointment date, so was 1.5hrs all up. Then got charged 150 more than quoted ( I didn't pay the extra amount)
Parking right outside (boom gate $3.60 for an hour). Also free drop off and pickup (15 min limit) a short walk to the entrance. Professional staff, quick and efficient, good patient contact and follow-up.
Poor communication and organisation. If you have a CT scan and PET they will be between two different locations. They have a buggy to transfer you but zero communication on when how. And long waits and no time frame on how long this will take. Very stressful.
I had a breast biopsy today and have to say, all the staff were very professional. A special mention to Amanda, who showed me through, explained the procedure and assisted. Her explanation was very thorough and her manner very reassuring and comforting.
The management is bad in recruiting the staff as i experienced IV placement with incompetent radiographer/nurse when he's very inconfident in doing his job. That cost me large bruised for long period of time.
