I found the receptionist rather curt and lacking in warmth or basic customer service when I approached. In contrast, she was noticeably kind and engaging with her co-worker and other clients, so there is some warmth there. I wonder if it is too much to ask for the same treatment with us patients/clients. Or is it just exclusive to their peers or certain group of clients? 😕

Excellent staff in am claustrophobic and I have had many MRI's the staff here were so kind and reassuring throughout the procedure.
Attended for a CT scan. Reception staff to medical staff were so kind & reassuring. Thankyou for a great customer service.
