Have been for several scans over the last year. Was late once by 2 minutes and they refused service and made me reschedule scan and subsequently reschedule all the hospital appointments waiting on that scan. But they'll happily make you wait 30-40 minutes past your appointment time every single time. Also multiple times have missed things they were meant to do on the scans and had to call me back to redo. Generally uninterested reception team and unqualified team in general

Very rude receptionist. I tried to book an appointment through phone call, and they hung up the phone in the middle of the call just because I didn't understand what they said

Michelle on front desk was amazing, informative and helpful when in so much pain this was appreciated. Girl taking xrays was rude, dismissive and had all the empathy of a pit viper at one point man handling me into position because her unclear instructions were not understood. She shouldn't be allowed to work with patients. Found skg down the road.
