Have been for several scans over the last year. Was late once by 2 minutes and they refused service and made me reschedule scan and subsequently reschedule all the hospital appointments waiting on that scan. But they'll happily make you wait 30-40 minutes past your appointment time every single time. Also multiple times have missed things they were meant to do on the scans and had to call me back to redo. Generally uninterested reception team and unqualified team in general
Staff were great very efficient thanks guys for a top experience

Very rude receptionist. I tried to book an appointment through phone call, and they hung up the phone in the middle of the call just because I didn't understand what they said
