Very frustrating experience. My appointment was rescheduled twice and kept getting pushed further out. I was already on my way and live over an hour away. All I got was an apology and no solution, despite this being the only result my GP needed.
Very disappointing experience. My friend had an appointment at 8:30 AM, and we arrived at around 8:15 AM. After checking in, we waited for over an hour while several patients who arrived after us were called in before us. We went to the reception desk to ask what was happening, but no one gave us a clear explanation. After waiting even longer, my friend was finally called in, only to be told that reception had failed to pass on the appointment information, so the medical staff didn’t even know she had arrived.
