Ridiculous place. Lost the result of our urgent scan. AVOID! Update: after multiple phone calls and fair amount of stress, the report was located - unfortunately several hours after our visit to the doctor, which defeated the purpose.
I won’t be coming back to this clinic because of the reception staff, even though it’s the closest one to me. That said, the radiologists I met were very lovely and made me feel welcome. When I walked in, there were two ladies at the front desk and neither of them looked at me or said anything until I said hi first. One of them looked up and confirmed my details, didn’t smile once the whole time and sat with one leg up on her chair, it just felt unprofessional. The front staff was very welcoming. I went in 20 minutes early. Called in 10 minutes before my appointed time. The sonoographers explained step by step what they were doing. Made me feel so safe in their hands. I had to take a dye inside me for the The very first time for a CT scan. Their whole exercise made me feel good. Keep up the good work girls...
The team is wonderful and welcoming. The waiting room is quiet/peaceful and I have found they consistently running on time (intakes can some times let you in early if you’re lucky, which I have been) I would recommend this clinic.
