Very rude sonographer who was in a rush. Will be putting in a formal complaint and won’t be returning to PRC.
I went for my very first pregnancy ultrasound on 14 August and was told to ask reception for a print by sonograher. I thought it would be my baby’s first picture, but they only gave me the bill. As a new mom, that was so disappointing and heartbreaking. I never went back after that.
From the moment I arrived at Reception the staff all looked like they didn't want to be their. It didn't get any better, when I was called thru the prep lady and CT Scan staff made me feel uncomfortable and rushed. As I left the room I was polite and thanked them and was just completely ignored. Maybe the staff need some training and learn how to show a little more care and empathy as the reason your having a Scan can be life changing! Won't be coming back again.
Had a appointment today at 9.25am for anatomy scan and got a call at 8:30am that they have to resechedule my appointment for another day! It is not fair to give call one hour prior to appointment saying the person who is doing scan called sick! That’s so unprofessional! I have to take leave from work. And all they say is sorry which is not acceptable. I have to reschedule and book another radiology and had to reschedule my doctor apportionment as well. Giving a reason saying someone called sick is not professional.
Had a great experience for X-ray and ultrasound, was in and out within 30 minutes and the reception staff were fantastic, friendly and ultra helpful
