Very friendly staff.
I've been to PRC Innaloo 3 times in the past 2.5 years or so and always had a good experience. This morning I had an appointment for an ultrasound and x-ray and all was done in around 20 mins. I didn't even have to wait between ultrasound and x-ray so the gentleman at the reception who booked these in for me last week did a fantastic job. Don't bother ringing this place as you wont get through!! even the 'emergency' phone number contact recommends to visit the website. Waited on hold for 30 minutes for someone to talk to and nothing... All I want to do is talk to a physical person about an existing booking!
Rude staff. Charging $ even if you have a Bulk Bill prescript! When i asked why the answer was ...it is new! So why pay a fee???? I recommend Imed on Scarborough Beach Road next to Punjab.
Very rude sonographer who was in a rush. Will be putting in a formal complaint and won’t be returning to PRC.
