I was able to get a quick appointment and the staff were friendly and efficient and communicated well.
Recently I had an ultrasound scan done there. A male Sonographer, looked like a Korean, did the scan. His behaviour was so unprofessional. Couldn't be bothered to return a greeting. Talked like he has a chip on his shoulder. Probably couldn't care less if I was facing an illness. How is that going to make me feel confident he is doing the scan well??
I was really scared of having a fine needle aspiration. Dr McCloskey was kindness itself even though I was a scaredy-cat. All the staff were lovely.
