A staff led me to an examination room for my thyroid FNA. She asked if I had "any allergies". Halfway through naming the medicines, she cut me off and changed her tune to "are you allergic to the medicine to be used today"! I don't know?!?! It's my first time at Perth Rad..!! She stopped listening and walked away. She ought to have let me tell all the medicines and decide if my allergies are relevant. Secondly Staff should be more specific. ANY ALLERGIES?? Staff are always very friendly
I was able to get a quick appointment and the staff were friendly and efficient and communicated well.
Recently I had an ultrasound scan done there. A male Sonographer, looked like a Korean, did the scan. His behaviour was so unprofessional. Couldn't be bothered to return a greeting. Talked like he has a chip on his shoulder. Probably couldn't care less if I was facing an illness. How is that going to make me feel confident he is doing the scan well??
