Have taken family members here many times. Very friendly staff at the front counter. The staff doing the scans are efficient and helpful. Very glad to have this local branch to be able to visit.

Had an appointment for an x-ray. Given the outcome it’s ironic that I was advised to get there at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment. After giving my details to reception I was asked to wait in reception which I did for the next 20 minutes. At last I was called and taken to a booth, asked to take my pants off and put on a robe. I was then told that there would be a bit of a wait. I advised the woman when my parking expired and got no feedback. A staff led me to an examination room for my thyroid FNA. She asked if I had "any allergies". Halfway through naming the medicines, she cut me off and changed her tune to "are you allergic to the medicine to be used today"! I don't know?!?! It's my first time at Perth Rad..!! She stopped listening and walked away. She ought to have let me tell all the medicines and decide if my allergies are relevant. Secondly Staff should be more specific. ANY ALLERGIES??
