Horrible customer service on the phone. Long waiting time when in the phone, and the call center is absolutely useless for the client and of course for the business as appointments are basically impossible to concrete due to their incompetence.
My father just had MRI scan today 20th August and the radiographer Olly was fantastic, constantly reasuring my dad, and myself, friendly. This made us feel comfortable. Thank you Olly
The MRI team are absolutely amazing, they were very kind and gentle. They even noticed I was dizzy after the scan and assisted me back to my cubicle. The young lady also checked with my daughter to see if I was okay. Never experienced such gentleness and care before and truly appreciate the kindness i received last night. Thank you team - Carolyn
I’ve had several types of scans here and the people have always been friendly and super helpful! The reception staff have gone out of their way to assist me and the people performing the scans have ensured I was comfy and informed as to what to expect. I really appreciated it as I was new to the whole process and they made it less scary :)
