We visited this hospital today for my wife’s pregnancy ultrasound, and unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was very disappointing. As this is our first pregnancy, we naturally had a few questions regarding the process and the consent form provided. However, the receptionist seemed unwilling to answer our questions and responded in a rude and unwelcoming manner.
