Today I went for a CT scan. I found the staff very helpful and caring especially Stephanie on the front desk at Bentley Radiological Clinic. Also the scanning people were very caring.
Went to ultrasound today. Before book my ultrasound i already mentioned to them that i have spotting and i need the earliest cause my gp need to look and if my hematoma been healed or not and they have record about my past ultrasound from emergency hospital. They said i dont need transvaginal procedures only the Ultrasound. The ultrasound went to fast not longer than 5mins and no explanation where is the head where is the feet. Jack explained the USS procedure clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout.
Five staff members behind the Reception counter all talking amongst each other while a queue was waiting. They didn’t even look up to acknowledge the queue or thank us for being patient. Just nothing.
